Bethany G. Rogers
Poetry & Short Fiction Author
Award-winning writer, poet, author and creative collaborator
Bethany is a writer, journalist, author, poet, tutor and creative collaborator based in Tahuna Queenstown, New Zealand, though you’ll find that her accent betrays her home town as that of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne (UK). Her writing has been published internationally and commended by Aesthetica Magazine, shortlisted for the Manchester Fiction Prize and won the Otago Regional Prize at the New Zealand Flash Fiction Day competition. She writes under the not-so-mysterious pen name B. G. Rogers.
A sucker for a good yarn, Bethany was one of the founding trustees of the Queenstown Writers Festival and is a long-time member and once-organiser of the Queenstown Creative Writing Group.

Kaleidoscopes in the Dark
Dark short stories in technicolour
Short. Readable. Disturbing. The eleven stories in Kaleidoscopes in the Dark paint the more sinister elements of the psyche in technicolour. The collection writhes with black humour, remnants of fairytales and gothic themes.
